The newsletter (The Highercombe Herald prior to 2015) was instigated by the Management Committee in 2010 to inform people what has happened, and is happening, at the Museum and within the National Trust Tea Tree Gully Branch.

Four editions in 2010/11 were funded by the City of Tea Tree Gully via a Minor Community Grant.

From Nov 2013, Frances Bedford MP provided the printing.
From May 2022, Olivia Savvas MP has provided the printing.
