185 people shared a lovey day in the garden - a bit of inclement weather couldn't stop them!
This event has become an annual favourite, but this year it expanded to include art in the garden. Many of our volunteers constructed an art work for display. We also had works from staudents of Banksia Park International High School. Scultor and artist, Scott Eames, demonstrated sculpting a bust, as well as displaying several of his previous works. Several friends demonstrated their skills in different forms of painting.
Meanwhile, the gardens and lawn were looking at their best. Hundreds of plants were for sale. The sausage sizzle and Devonshire tea were welcome. After a slow start, event icecreams were popular.
